Yeah, you can possibly be accepted with all of the tags apart from denied.

If it has a [C] at the start of it, it means Nicki got a response from you after asking for something like proof , if it has a [PR] it's pending response. If you also don't have the denied (or closed i forget which it is) tag next to it and rather have the in progress one it's still pending.
